Michael has been selling real estate since 1994 and is a member of the National Association of Realtors, New York Association of Realtors and Buffalo Niagara’s Board of Realtors Ethics and Standards of Practices Committee. Member of Niagara Frontier Bicycle Club, National Mountain Biking Association, WNY Mountain Biking Association, Friends of Hunters Creek, Buffalo Harbor Sailing Club and Sunny Days Ski & Snowboard Club, he also volunteer’s weekly at the Friends of the Night People.

Michael grew up in the Syracuse area and attended the University at Buffalo, and has been a Western New Yorker ever since! He has been married to his wife Lynda for nineteen years and has two boys, Michael Jr. and Daniel Ferris and a daughter Claire Amelia. He lives on ten acres just outside of the Village of East Aurora and enjoys spending time with his family, mountain biking, hiking, and road biking, sailing and snowboarding. He also enjoys spending time working on his income properties in the city of Buffalo.

Michael enjoys active involvement and has served on the board of trustees for the Aurora Waldorf School. He is also an active member of the Grant/Amherst Business Association, working toward regentrifying the Blackrock Business District and surrounding neighborhood.
